Melting Glaciers Behind Mysterious Increase in Pollution

A dramatic increase in pollution has happened since 1990. Alpine Glaciers have been melting very quickly, and scientists are beginning to think that pollution gathered up into the ice, and is starting to melt into rivers, causing water pollution. Most of the things that have been spoiling the rivers and oceans are pesticides, electrical objects, paints and other different products and things. Many people are concentrated and focused on finding out more about this problem. To do this, they have been testing the different pesticides and observing what is found in these waters. While more products have been improved, or invented to keep humans satisfied the water has been getting more and more polluted each time. All this pollution has been increasing rapidly since 1990. More and more organochlorine has been collecting each and every day since 1970 and it has been getting worse. The most recent flow of pollutants in the Lake Oberaar was filled with chemicals which were now deposited into the river over decades. They weren't in there before because the glaciers weren't melting, but now, because of bad pollution and global warming, the lakes are filled with pollution that was all together in the glaciers for all these years. Because of the constant pollution, and really bad enormous glacier melting in the future, people say that the worst enviromental changes will happen in areas in mountains, and spread through the waters.
